All our arm cuffs are one size and adjustable. You bend them open or closed a little to sit where you want them on the arm. The width differs: Raya 6 mm, Hera 8 mm, Olympia 20 mm, Diana and Ostra 30 mm.

Every product page lists the exact measurements under Details. Our two hoop sizes are 18 x 23 mm (the wider hoops) and 22 mm in diameter (the Slim Hoops). Both take the same pendants. See all earrings.

A dense leather with a pearled grain that grows naturally. It is water-resistant and hard to scratch, and no two pieces carry the same pattern. Our leather comes from non-protected stingray species.

The raised marks are the follicles the feathers grew from. They come from the hide itself, not from an embossed pattern, which is why every piece falls differently. You will find it on the wider arm cuffs.

Our scarves are woven at Lake Como in Italy, where silk has been made for centuries. 100% silk, 14 momme, 70 x 70 cm.

Take pieces off before showering, swimming and sleeping. Store them dry, and put them on after perfume and hand cream rather than before. Leather can be wiped with a dry cloth. More in Care & Wear.

Short contact is fine, rain or washing your hands. Showering and swimming are not. It is not the leather that suffers but the gold plating, and chlorinated and salt water shorten its life noticeably. Take the piece off beforehand and you will not have to think about it again.

Within Germany usually 1 to 3 business days, within the EU and to Switzerland usually 5 to 8. During holiday periods it can take longer. Details: shipping information.

€4.90 within Germany, free on orders over €99. The EU €7.90 and Switzerland €9.90, where customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient. Costs are shown in the cart before you complete your order.

We ship within Germany, to other EU countries and to Switzerland. Other countries are not possible at the moment.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the piece is unworn. Write to contact@pavo-label.com and we will take it from there. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. Full terms: returns and refunds.

Write to us and we will arrange an exchange or a credit for a later order.

Depending on the piece, it arrives in a PAVO jewellery box or a PAVO pouch, at no extra cost and ready to hand over as a gift. If you need another one, the gift box and the travel pouch are also sold on their own.

A gift card lets the other person pick. It is valid for one year and can be used across several orders.
