Shipping policy

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here you will find all key information about our shipping terms.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 5–8 business days. For other EU countries, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days. In some cases, orders may arrive sooner. During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery is carried out by the respective carrier. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
