Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about our shipping terms.
 
We ship within Germany and to Switzerland. Within Germany delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, to Switzerland 8 to 12. During holiday periods it can take longer.
 
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will sort it out with you.
 
Shipping costs: €4.90 within Germany, free on orders over €99. Switzerland €9.90. For shipments to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are charged in addition and are payable by the recipient. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you complete your order. For express shipping, reach out by email or on Instagram.
 
Why not the rest of the EU? Packaging has to be registered and reported country by country across the EU. For a label of our size that effort is out of all proportion to the handful of parcels involved, and we would rather say so plainly than add the cost to your order.
