Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about our shipping terms.

We ship within Germany, to all other EU countries and to Switzerland. Within Germany delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, to other EU countries and Switzerland 5 to 8. During holiday periods it can take longer.
 
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will sort it out with you.

Shipping costs: €4.90 within Germany, free on orders over €75. Within the EU 7.90€ and to Switzerland €9.90. For shipments to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are charged in addition and are payable by the recipient. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you complete your order.
