RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please note that items should only be handled as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and fit. If returned pieces show signs of wear or use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value, where legally permitted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it.

If a product is defective at the time of delivery, your statutory warranty rights apply.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for another item or receive store credit for a future purchase at PAVO Label (www.pavo-label.com), please contact us at contact@pavo-label.com.

Any exchange or store credit offered beyond your statutory rights is voluntary.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods were ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General Notes

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.

If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return goods freight collect.

Please note that the above points are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
